Need: A reusable travel mug that is compact and can vary in size for easy transport. We are building a reusable, collapsible travel mug for the busy beverage drinkers, customers who enjoy or just need a hot drink on the run but want something easier to transport. Shared results: The coffee drinking demographic is pretty broad and hard to gage. We have put out a survey to gain a better understanding of who we are marketing too. There are existing collapsing cups out there but from what we can find they aren't physically available in NZ, just online. Two of the 'most successful ones were crowd funded. (Stojo, zip cup and compresso seem to be the most successful). They don't have a great web presence though, the compresso doesn't even have a website. Xmugs (camping and tramping utensils) are most compact-able and lightweight but are not commonly used for the everyday user/ takeaway cup market.
